This Contract provides for the improvement of a drainage system near Bonnie View Acres Road by installing a storm sewer and outfall system and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2023 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project is estimated to cost in the range of $123,000.00 - $155,000.00 . This project lies within a bald eagle nest sensitive area and the Contractor shall complete all work between September 1, 2023 and October 15, 2023. No work activities shall take place from October 16, 2023 through August 31, 2024. Island County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding.
