The City of Marlborough ("City"), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Resurfacing of a Portion of Mechanic Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts, for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough. The project consists of pavement milling, casting adjustment, roadway paving and line painting, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The estimated project cost is approximately $306,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L., c. 30, 39M, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149, 26 through 27H inclusive.
