The scope of work includes the selective demolition of interior walls, ceilings, flooring, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as required to renovate and re-configure the interior layout of the facility. The 13,500 square-foot single-story structure will remain with a revised interior layout with new finishes (flooring, ceilings, paint). The existing electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems shall be modified to meet the revised layout requirements. The facility will receive a new fire alarm and fire suppression system. The existing roof shall be replaced with a new single-ply system. The project will include select modifications to the exterior site areas, including replacing the parking lots (east and south) and new ADA access ramps. The City Staff intends to temporary relocate to a new facility, so the contractor will have full access to the site during construction.
