Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and travel required to remove and legally dispose of existing chain link fence, gate and associated components and furnish and install a new wrought iron fence and a manual rolling gate to Caltrans The bidder must have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement, a valid and current Class A-General Engineering Contractor or a C-13 Fencing Contractor License issued by the California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed Written Question Submittal 12/01/2023 2:00 p.m. Written questions must include: the individual's name, firm name, e-mail address and must reference IFB No. 06A3018. Questions must be sent to one of the following: Email: Matthew.Stephens@dot.ca.gov Or mail to: California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Division of Procurement and Contracts Attention: Matthew Stephens 1727 30th Street, MS 65 Sacramento, CA 95816 The total bid proposal for this Agreement must not exceed $388,000.00. A bid amount more than $388,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) fence and gate removal and replacement services as described herein: Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and travel required to remove and legally dispose of existing chain link fence, gate and associated components and furnish and install a new wrought iron fence and a manual rolling gate at the Tulare Maintenance Station. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3.
