Mussallem Beachfront Park The purpose of this project is to construct a restroom facility with outdoor shower/foot wash station, pre-engineered picnic pavilion, concrete cornhole court, walking trail, and a boardwalk with a covered observation point based on designed plans. All materials, equipment, tools and labor necessary to complete the work described in, and reasonably inferable from the plans, will be provided by the contractor. Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid. The County's Designated Point of Contact for this Bid is Richard E. Poulin Jr., Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Division. Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Mr. Poulin, in writing, via email at rpoulin@sjcfl.us. In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Bryan Matus, Senior Procurement Coordinator at bmatus@sjcfl.us.
