Traffic signal upgrades and improvements at various intersections along the Jungermann Road, Spencer Road, and Salt Lick Road in St. Charles County, including controllers, video detection systems, radar detection systems, signal cabinets, and necessary removals for improvements. The improvements shall allow for the generation of high-resolution data, which can be used by the County for Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures All questions must be received no later than 5:00 PM on 9/18/2024. The rate of progress and the time of completion are essential conditions of this Contract. Liquidated damages will be charged as specified herein.
