Remove trees, shrubs, grass and other vegetation, improvements or obstructions that interfere with new construction. Removal includes new and old tree stumps and their roots. Fill and compact to a density equal to adjacent original ground all depressions cause by clearing and grubbing unless further excavation or earthwork is indicated. Excavate 30W X 25L X 6 area for new concrete slab for boat ramp. Install 8 of compacted sub-grade and 4 of (General Aggregate Base Course) compacted and leveled to match the existing grade of the ramp. Sub-grade shall be raised as needed to match existing subgrade of the existing ramp. Construct a concrete form to create the new cement slab. Install 6x6 wire mesh in the form and pour fiber reinforced concrete with a min 4000 psi.
