Furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment for the following project(s) to be constructed on the Alva, OK campus: Wellness Center Building Roof Replacements Science Building Roof Replacements HSSE Building Roof Replacements Coronado Cafeteria Roof Replacements Vinson Hall Roof Replacements. Bid Notes : Said bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated in the Regents Conference Room, 2nd Floor Herod Hall, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva, Oklahoma, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2024. Proposals must be sealed to be considered. Bid proposals received will be evaluated by Northwestern Oklahoma State University. It is the intent of Northwestern Oklahoma State University to immediately award and execute the contract. Document Notes : Specifications are also on file at the Administration Office, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, located in Herod Hall, 709 Oklahoma Blvd.; Alva, Oklahoma. Digital plans and specifications are available from the Architect at no cost to qualified contractors. Contact Architect at royeasley@att.net. Business Relationships Affidavit, Non Collusion Affidavit and cashier's check, certified check, Surety Bid Bond, or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the base bid as a guaranty shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to submit statutory Payment, Performance, Defect and Maintenance Bonds prior to commencing work on the project. For purposes of your bid, do not include any local or state sales tax. The Owner will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving tax exempt status on purchase of materials for this Contract only.
