SOLICITATION FOR BID (Bid Notice) Sealed competitive bid proposals will be received by Northwestern Oklahoma State University at the Regents Conference Room, located in Herod Hall, 709 Oklahoma Blvd.; Alva, Oklahoma until 3:00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2024, for furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment for the following project(s) to be constructed on the Alva, OK campus: Wellness Center Building Roof Replacements Science Building Roof Replacements HSSE Building Roof Replacements Coronado Cafeteria Roof Replacements Vinson Hall Roof Replacements Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the final time set for receipt of bids, as well as bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Said bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated in the Regents Conference Room, 2nd Floor Herod Hall, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva, Oklahoma, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2024. Proposals must be sealed to be considered. Bid proposals received will be evaluated by Northwestern Oklahoma State University. It is the intent of Northwestern Oklahoma State University to immediately award and execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to submit statutory Payment, Performance, Defect and Maintenance Bonds prior to commencing work on the project.
