This RFQ is for painting the entire interior of the Richmond Town Hall. Funding for this is federal American Rescue Plan Act money and is limited. As such, this quotation should be broken down so that the Town has the ability to do a portion of the job if funding does not allow for the entire job to be completed. The breakdown will be as follows: 1. First Floor 2. First Floor Ceilings 3. Second Floor 4. Second Floor Ceilings 5. Basement No Bid Bond is required. Quotes should include all trim, walls, reception area fronts, etc. Everything that is currently painted should be assumed to be part of the job. Two coats on walls. Primer and finish coat on ceilings. Medium grade paint. Please specify what brand/quality you intend to use. Quotes should include the filling of cracks, and any carpentry/repairs as needed. In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 37, General Laws, Rhode Island, 1956, as amended, the minimum wages for a day's work paid to craftsmen, teamsters and laborers shall be not less than the customary and prevailing rate of wages for a day's work in the locality where the work is undertaken. Such a schedule of wages has been established on a minimum hourly basis and is in file in the office of the State Department of Labor and Training
