Dawson Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the bid packages referenced above for the BTC - Campus Center Seismic Retrofit project. Dawson Construction and Bellingham Technical College shall have the right to accept the lowest responsive bid from a statutorily "responsible" bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The GCCM and the Owner shall have the right to waive informalities on a bid or bids and shall have the right to reject any and all bids for the project. A bid bond will be required in the amount of (5) percent of the bid amount, for any bids in excess of $35,000. Dawson is an equal opportunity & affirmative action employer.
