The work covered by the specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for improvements including relocated entrance, new stair, and new toilet rooms. The architect's estimates for the proposed improvements: Base Bid Estimate: $120,000.00 Alternative #1 Bid Estimate: $3,500.00 If not providing a digital bid bond, wet-ink original bid bonds, checks, or letters of credit must be delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Service, Aurora Service Department, 158 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio, by the bid opening date and time. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the City. Such check or bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Aurora, Ohio and will be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted, and a contract awarded to the bidder, the Contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured.
