The work for this project consists of a contractor supplying and installing a valve vault at the Boroughs water treatment plant. Also included is the contractors installation of Borough supplied equipment in the vault. This consists of chlorine analyzer, solenoid control valve and fowmeter. The contractor will also extend electric service from the treatment plant to the vault. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a certifed check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Point Marion Borough. Point Marion Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in Bid Proposals or procedures.
