The City of Laconia is seeking proposals to upgrade the current Security Camera System at three of the City's locations listed below. The City desires qualified firms to review the current equipment in use at all locations, listed in the scope of work section below and available for viewing at the scheduled site visit, and propose upgrades or replacement equipment to meet the needs of the department Please direct and questions regarding this Proposal to: Gina Mastine at 603-524-3877 X 151 or by email to gmastine@laconianh.gov Currently the Fire Department has an existing Hikvision Camera System. The Fire Department New Upgraded Security Cameras shall include: 9 (nine) new cameras o Mix of domes, Bullets, Fisheye o 180 and 360 multisensor models to provide up to twenty (20) individual camera views for expanded coverage of the facility inside and out. o Recorder o Licensing o New cameras and mounting hardware o Installation and termination o Equipment installation o Programming o Testing Remote access set-up o User training for 2-3 staff at the time of installation o Warranty with support Currently the City Hall has existing Milestone VMS Software. New Upgrades shall include: o New Software/upgrade from 2021 o 7 (seven) new cameras o 7 (seven) new CAT6 cables o Mounting hardware o VMS base software o 26 (twenty-six) device licenses for existing cameras 19 (nineteen) and new 7 (seven) o CAT6 cables o Equipment installation o Programming o Testing o Remote access set-up on server o User training for 2-3 staff at the time of installation o Warranty with support Transfer Station new Security Cameras shall include: o 2 (two) new cameras consisting of a fisheye mounted above the service window to capture front and rear license plates, as well as frontal and side facial views of vehicle drivers, and a long-range bullet camera to capture all vehicle traffic leaving through the main exit. o The fisheye camera images provide up to 5 (five) individual camera views. o Device licenses o New 8-port PoE switch o Small battery back-up UPS o New cameras o Mounting hardware o Installation and termination of two (2) new CAT 6 cables o Equipment installation o Programming o Testing o Remote access o Set-up o User training for 2-3 staff at the time of installation o Warranty with support Questions regarding this proposal request may be directed to: Gina Mastine Purchasing Specialist City of Laconia 45 Beacon Street East Laconia, NH 03246 (603) 524-3877 ext. 151 gmastine@laconianh.gov
