Reference Number 0000339017 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/22/2024 05:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All contact regarding this IFB is to be directed to: Dolly Daniels; Senior Buyer dollyd@gjcity.org The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to reconstruct sections of Yucatan Court and Summerhill Court that are in a failed pavement condition. This project will require several sections of curb & gutter be replaced to restore drainage patterns, excavation & installation of new base course material on Yucatan Court, and replacement of entire asphalt mat. The Project will include approximately 1,100 linear feet of curb & gutter replacement, 5,650 square yards of asphalt mat removal, 5200 SY of new 12 thick aggregate base course, and 1,225 tons of asphalt paving. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bidder /Preregistration Required - FOB Destination - FOB Pre-Paid - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall as a guaranty of good faith on the part of the Bidder be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty consisting of a certified or cashier's check drawn on an approved national bank or trust company in the state of Colorado and made payable without condition to the City; or a Bid Bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who does not pass any evaluation to the Owner's satisfaction.
