A. General 1. Sequence Work in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and the Progress Schedule, including allowable process outages and identified sequencing constraints. 2. Sequence Work to minimize impacts to existing facilities. 3. Provide temporary facilities when required to maintain operation of existing facilities unless outages are specifically allowed by the Contract Documents. 4. Contractor may propose improvements to this Work sequence, however, Owner reserves the right to reject such proposals should it violate permit conditions, conflict with sequences of other contracts, adversely impact operation of existing or new facilities, or otherwise not be in the best interest of the Project. Reference Number 0000337695 The scope of work includes, but not limited to labor, material and equipment for approximately 3,100 linear feet of open cut sewer main replacement (pipe size varies) and approximately 16,800 linear feet cure in place pipe lining (pipe size varies) for the City's sewer main. Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bid Security equal to 5% of the total of each bid will be required in the form of Certified Check, Bid Bond or Bank Draft.
