Yuba County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to procure and install a new HVAC system for the kennel area at the Animal Care facility located at 5245 Feather River Blvd in Olivehurst. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public works" and "maintenance" projects, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and if total compensation is $1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws as applicable Funding for this project is budgeted for fiscal year 2023 2024; work to be completed before June 30, 2024. Ideal time for this project would be in the Spring of 2024.
