The equipment is designed to maintain 0 degrees Fahrenheit in the box. Scope of work will be: - Disconnect and remove existing evaporator from site - Furnish and set new evaporator in walk in box - Furnish and set new air-cooled condenser on the roof above the walk-in box - Drill hole into decking through pitch pocket in the roof - Run new refrigerant lines from condenser to evaporator - Run new condensate removal piping - Install new controls for the box - Install new plastic curtain strips in doorway - Wire evaporator and condenser to one of the electrical panels next to the box - Pressure test, evacuate and charge system with appropriate amount of R404A Refrigerant - Startup and test operation of system.
