The Town of Edgartown Water Department is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to service the Lily Pond Well, located on Edgartown / Vineyard Haven Road, Edgartown, MA 02539.The awarded contractor will be responsible for performing an inspection including: mobilization to and from, removal of the pum pand motor, video inspection, steam-clean, reinstall pump and motor, clean / inspect flow meter and testing. The awarded contractor will provide a report and cost estimate for any needed repairs to the well, equipment and associated components. Subject to approval by the Town, and at the Town's sole discretion, the awarded contractor will perform the repair and corrective tasks listed in the report. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
