The Franklin County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms and individuals for Professional Engineering Services. The general scope of services will include, but not be limited to, providing general engineering services to Franklin County, as more fully described in the full RFQ documents package. Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) in selecting an engineer and awarding this contract. The awarded vendor will be expected to enter a 2-year continuing services contract with the county with the option for renewals up to 6-years in total. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract. In order to ensure a fair, competitive, and open process, once a project is advertised for proposals, all communications between interested firms and the County must be directed to Erin Griffith, Fiscal Manager, 850-653-9783 Ext. 6, erin@franklincountyflorida.com. By submitting a response, the Consultant certifies that no principle is presently suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation by any government department or agency.
