Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with the installation of temporary cooling equipment to support the ESCO project during the replacement of air handling units (AHU) hospitalwide. This conference is MANDATORY. All bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Brandon Iledan via e-mail at brandon.iledan@dsh.ca.gov by 4:00 p.m. on October 11, 2023. This notification must include the first and last name of the proposed attendee, as well as well as business name and contact information. For interested bidders who attended the previous Bidder's Conference for this project on September 8, 2023, this conference OPTIONAL. In order to attend the Bidder's Conference, all participants must pass a security clearance. Upon receipt of the bidder's request to attend the conference, the DSH shall provide the bidder with a security clearance form(s) to complete. This form(s) must be completed and received by the DSH via email at brandon.iledan@dsh.ca.gov by 4:00 p.m. on October 12, 2023.
