The City is soliciting informal quotes from qualified contractors to furnish labor, equipment and materials for constructing a raised concrete planter and landscape.The City is requesting quotes to construct a raised concrete landscape planter and irrigation at Gridley Road and Elmhurst Drive Deadline to submit questions November 1, 2023 - 12:00 pm All questions to this solicitation must be made through the City Planet Bids portal from the City of Norwalk Planet Bids, Mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand-delivered responses will not be accepted. Liquidated Damages $500 The Contractor shall complete all Work under the Contract within THIRTY (30) Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The successful contractor shall pay for and include all federal, state and local taxes direct or indirect upon all materials; pay all fees for, and obtain all necessary permits and licenses, unless otherwise specified herein. The Contractor shall comply with and be bound by the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1774 and 1775 concerning the payment of prevailing rates of wages to workers and the penalties for failure to pay prevailing wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive informalities or irregularities
