Santa Barbara Airport Hangar 15 is located at 495 South Fairview Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93117 and is occupied by an airport tenant for aircraft maintenance services. 2. Qualifications A. Three years relevant experience in Electrical Engineering. B. A professional engineering license and stamp in Electrical Engineering. C. Recent experience (last five years) completing comparable projects. D. Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to report preparation and information depiction through maps, charts, and graphs. The Project includes the demolition and removal of the existing, inoperable high voltage switch and adjacent transformer since the Hangar 15 Substation currently receives power from a temporary feeder setup from the adjacent Hangar 13 Substation. The Project will replace a 480V temporary feeder cable and install a rigid conduit pathway to house the new feeder cable. The feeder cable replacement requires a new circuit breaker connection at the Hangar 13 Substations circuit breaker distribution switchboard and connect to the bus circuit breaker distribution section at the Hangar 15 Substation. The Project also includes removal of an existing motor control center (MCC) in the Hangar 15 Substation and replace with a new distribution panelboard and reconnect the existing circuits from the MCC to the new panelboard.
