The City of Zeeland is accepting bids for snowplowing services of City of Zeeland municipal parking lots. All lots to be snow plowed seven (7) days per week. Contractor shall submit a list of not less than 3 references. Contractor shall submit a list of equipment owned and/or contracted by him The City of Zeeland reserves the right to terminate the contract if the contractor is found to be in violation of the specific requirements set forth by the city. It is recommended that the Contractor meet with Mr. Mike Schreur subsequent to submitting the bid to go over the parking lots covered by the bid. Mike can be reached at 772-0870. The Contractor agrees to furnish labor and equipment in accordance with the proposal form for the rates stated. The City of Zeeland reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all proposals, or portions of those proposals. Charges will be based upon actual services rendered and invoiced at the rates stated. The City of Zeeland will pay the contractor within 30 days of receipt of an invoice for services rendered. The contractor will submit a written certificate of insurance indicating that he carries Worker's Compensation Insurance. The contractor will submit a written certificate of insurance for protection of public liability and property damage. If the bidder does not have insurance to meet City standards, they may submit a bid and supply the proper insurance certificate after the opening of the bids and before the award of the contract.
