Santiam Correctional Institution Roof Drainage This scope of work (SOW) includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals for the installation of the proposed Santiam Drain System project at the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC - Owner). The project area is located at the Santiam Correctional Institution at 4005 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, Oregon 97317. The scope of work also includes all associated to complete the defined scope of work at the Site. Available Date : 09/07/2023 09:56:08 AM The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes $120,000 - $150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Start Date: Ten (10) Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed Substantial Completion: Forty-five (45) Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed Final Completion: Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $408.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. Failure to substantially complete the Project by the, date of Substantial Completion, as specified in the Contract, will result in damage to the State of Oregon. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier s check, irrevocable amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bidder fails to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within the time specified in the written notification of intent to award a Contract.
