QTY: 50; HADCO 12 FOOT COMPOSITE DECORATIVE POLES. QTY: 10; HADCO 16 FOOT COMPOSITE DECORATIVE POLES The purpose of this contract is to establish a one-source provider of quality poles with prompt, reliable service at fair and reasonable prices. We reserve the right to award this contract line-by-line if a one-source provider cannot be established. All steel street lighting poles purchased by the City should be 7 gauge galvanized with a color finish over the galvanizing when specified. A bid bond, certified check, bank draft or letter of credit must accompany a bid under $250,000.00. . If the total dollar amount of the bid exceeds $250,000.00, then only a bid bond is acceptable, otherwise, a certified check, bank draft or letter of credit shall be for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities and to request rebids. COB also reserves the right to award the contract on such as COB deems will best serve its interests. City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject all bids and utilize pricing offered in current contracts with other governmental entities if determined advantageous and in the best interest of the City.
