Procurement for the maintenance of the Perimeter East Building (PEB) Building Automation Control System (BAS). B-1 Work Location: Social Security Administration, Perimeter East Building (PEB), 6201 Security Blvd. Baltimore, Maryland 21235 B-2 Objective: The SSA Headquarters Perimeter East Buildings requires the services of Control Solutions LLC to maintain, repair, and upgrade as needed, SSA's, Perimeter East Building, Niagara 4 based network: Schneider Electric Tridium building automation program and system. The contractor, Control Sources shall perform this work on the building management system's hardware, software, and all related components. B-3 Scope of Work: Control Sources shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and engineering to maintain the present Schneider Electric Tridium building management system (BAS). This includes all hardware and software upgrades to the system as needed to keep it up to date with new technologies, to keep the system as sound and efficient as possible. Control Sources shall maintain, repair, replace, or upgrade the three - (3) workstations as needed for proper operation. Their locations are as follows: 1- PEUB Utility Building, U-03 Console Room, 1- PEUB Utility Building Supervisor Office includes one printer, 1- PEB Building Manager Office G-13 includes one printer. Note: All upgrades/ replacement workstations shall include all necessary software, hardware, and tools, to operate on the current Windows environment. The systems may be upgraded to one of the newer Windows software environments, if pre-approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). In the event of an upgrade or replacement of hardware or software, it shall be new and equal to, or better than the existing equipment or software in service.
