Dakota Woods Dog Park Electric Upgrades For additional information please contact: Dakota County Facilities Management Curt Peterson 651 438 4677 curt.peterson@co.dakota.mn.us Contractor to work with Xcel Energy to supply electric service to Dakota County Dog Park. Make the owner aware of final costs due to the utility company. Install a new 120/240V 100A single phase service off the Southwest corner of the parking lot. Contractor will work with a county representative for exact placement. Wire the new well - installation date is being determined. Replace 6 existing solar parking lot lights with 120v 100W LED fixtures and tie into the new service via astronomical timeclock/photocell. Existing poles and bases should be reused. Supply and install 2 - 25' light poles and 4 - 150W LED heads in the dog run area for even coverage. New concrete bases need to be poured. Tie into new service via astronomical timeclock/photocell - Lights will be on the same cycle as lot lights and should be run of same timeclock/photocell if feasible. Lights should be Gardco ECF-S-32L-1.2A-WW-G2-AR-3-120V-BL-IMR17-TLR07-Finish-HIS-32- H, Dark Bronze color, or similar to be approved by site supervisor. Poles should be similar to parking lot light pole style - square and dark bronze in color. GSOC locates and project management. Mobilization and demobilization. Form and pour concrete bases. All trenching and backfilling and/or directional boring. Include all permits and inspections E. Substantial completion date is November 15, 2023.
