QUESTIONS: Is this for replacement fabric for this existing shade structure or are you wanting another shade structure Answer: Just for the canopy. Structure is fine. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all drawings, plan, labor, equipment, appliances, and performing all operations to install a Shade Cover. The new shade will cover the existing fitness pad. The new shade covering shall cover the outside exercise area of 62'x 52' with at least a one foot overhang. A ten (10) year warranty for parts and labor and complete installation of all equipment are to be included and located at the Track area located on Mississippi Rd., facility 1515, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. The requirement is being solicited as full and open competition under the North American Industry Classification System Code 313210 - Broadwoven Fabric Mills. The contractor is required to be registered in the System of Awards Management (SAM) database and maintain the registration throughout the life of the contract(5 years). In addition, the contractor is required to be registered in the system, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for the processing of payments.
