The Project includes interior and exterior work at BLDG 1117 & B1120. Bldg. 1117 is an existing 38,347 SF single story facility constructed in approximately 1986. Need to replace all doors, windows and storefronts on all sides of the building to comply with AT/FP requirements and in coordination with structural requirements. General work includes exterior enclosure replacements of the roof, windows, doors and storefronts, life safety and ADA upgrades, interior finish updates, interior reconfiguration of restrooms, new doors in existing walls, mechanical (HVAC) replacements, plumbing and electrical repairs and replacements which are described in further detail within this document.... All broken sidewalk or curb shall be removed and replaced and sidewalk and curb that presents a trip hazard shall be removed and replaced. Cracks in concrete outdoor air handler enclosures shall be cleaned of vegetative material growing in cracks and cracks in the enclosure slabs and walls shall be sealed to prevent growth of vegetation. Building 1117 is positioned directly adjacent to Building 1120, with a connector walkway between the two facilities. The concrete walkway between the two facilities will be replaced. Building 1120 is an existing 69,227 SF single-story facility constructed in approximately 1979, renovated in 2000, which is composed of 3 main modules connected by enclosed entrance breezeways. General work includes exterior enclosure replacements of the roof systems, windows, doors and storefronts, new gutter/downspout systems tied to existing storm drainage system, life safety and ADA upgrades, interior finish updates, mechanical (HVAC) repairs, controls system upgrades and unit replacements, plumbing and electrical repairs and replacements..... *Addendum 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 have been released. *Updated RFI Report has been released.
