If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the intended meaning of any of the specifications, plans, or other proposed Contract Documents, that person may submit, in writing using Section 004326-Bid Inquiry Form, to the Contract Supervisor of the Board of Public Service, a request for an interpretation thereof. All requests for interpretation must be submitted no later than the end of the business day, 15 days before the bid is due.
