All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on August 23, 2023 via e-mail to the Contract Administrator, Shandrika Combs Approximate Construction Cost: $1M-$2M Length: .0.6 mile This project includes the following major scope elements: x Resurfacing x ADA improvements x Traffic Signal Replacement at Mason Road and Clayton Road x Construction of a multi-use trail on the west side of Mason Road from Mason Ridge Road to Clayton Road. Specific consultant scope items include: x Section 106 Documentation and Application x Threatened and Endangered Species Documentation and Application x Preliminary Plans x Right-of-Way Plans x Final Plans x Job Special Provisions x Construction Estimates x Coordination with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) x Coordination with the City of Town and Country x Pavement Borings and Design (if necessary) x Utility Coordination (if necessary) x Miscellaneous Pick-Up Survey Work (as necessary) x Roadway, Sidewalk, and Shared Use Path Design x Striping Plan x Traffic Signal Modification Design x Retaining Wall Design (if necessary) x Culvert Design (if necessary) x Geotechnical Investigation (if necessary) x Subsurface Utility Investigation (if necessary) x Drainage Structure Design (if necessary) x Water Quality Design (if necessary) Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the project contact above no later than 9:00 am on June 9, 2020. Failure to comply with the requirements of the RFQ may negatively impact the evaluation of the consultant's Statement of Qualifications. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
