1. The project scope includes Exterior Renovations to the existing Jessamine County Emergency Services Facility, located at 101 South 2nd Street Nicholasville, KY. The scope of work includes: a. Selective Demolition of Roofing Shingles, Low Slope Roofing, Gutters, Down Spouts, Trim, Soffit Material, Building Lighting, Doors, and Flag Pole. b. Construction of New: 1) Standing Seam and Low Slope Roofing 2) Gutters, Downspouts, Trim 3) Soffits 4) Doors, Frames, and Hardware 5) Masonry Cleaning / Sealing 6) Flag Pole c. New Exterior Building Lighting d. Re-connection of HVAC Rooftop Equipment e. New Low Slope Roof Drains Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Pre bid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Nothing in these bid documents shall obligate Owner to enter into a contract with any bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
