This contract provides for the removal of existing building siding, existing awnings & awning structure. The replacement of the building siding on the North, East and South sides of the building envelope. It also provides for the Additive work to replace the North and South Awning structures at 4540 Corporate Center Dr SE, Lacey WA, in accordance with Plans and Standard Details provided and applicable codes. Any bid shall be accompanied by a deposit of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be payable to the City Clerk, City of Lacey, Washington. You are hereby notified of the following questions and answers issued this 26th day of July 2023.
