Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The City of New Bedford is soliciting sealed bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Replacement Project. Bid documents can be found on the City's website under the Purchasing page. Bid deposits may be in the form of Certified Check, Certificate of Deposit, or Bid Bond made payable to the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts. The Awarded Bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of New Bedford are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. The City of New Bedford goals for this project are a minimum of 11.0 percent D/MBE participation and 5.0 Percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs.
