The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below: Description of services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to clean and maintain food service grease traps located in various facilities at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), Delaware. Work shall be performed in accordance with standard commercial practices, and in compliance with current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) requirements. This will include removal from the base the resulting gray water, fats, oils, grease, and solids (FOGS) in accordance with standard commercial practices. Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement w/ Appendices Attachment 2 - Price Proposal/Bid Schedule Grease Traps FY24 Attachment 3 - Wage Determination 2015-4217 Rev 23 dated 31 May 23 Site Visit Information: A site visit will take place on 9 August 2023 at 10:00 A.M EST. It will take place at Building 420, DAFB Bowling Center. EST. Questions & Answers: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office Government POCs by 16 August 2023 no later than 12:00 PM EST. The government may not accommodate any questions after this date and time. Proposals: Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 25 August 2023, no later than 12:00 P.M. EST to the contracting office by e-mail to all points of contact listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid through 1 October 2023.
