The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below: Description of services: The 436th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Emergency Services, requires replacement of select components of existing Public Address System with upgraded components for a fully functioning system at Building 140. Upon completion of the work, the upgraded public address system should cover 100% of the area of operations of the Fire Department. This work entails interior, exterior, and paging system upgrades, in addition to compatibility with the Kent County Dispatch System. Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement - DAFB Fire Dept PA System dtd 18 July 23 Attachment 2 - Wage Determination 2015-4217 Rev 23 dated 31 May 23 Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification_Bogen Site Visit Information: A site visit will take place on 3 August 2023 at 10:00 A.M EST. It will take place at Building 140, Dover Air Force Base Fire Department. The government may not accommodate any questions after this date and time. Proposals: Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 11 August 2023, no later than 12:00 P.M. EST to the contracting office by e-mail to all points of contact listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid through 30 calendar days.
