MnDOT requests responses for State Project 4813-18 is a roundabout construction project including reconstruction & resurfacing, access changes, Americans with Disability Act (ADA), and lighting which is currently being developed for a March 27th, 2026 letting. The project is located at the intersection of US 169 and MN 27 from R.P. 215+00.880 to 216+00.400 in South Harbor Township north of Onamia. This contract will provide the biddable final plans, specification and estimates required to bring the project to letting on time and within budget including all State and Federal approvals. MnDOT anticipates posting answers to all questions received by 2:00PM Central Daylight Time on 07/05/2023. No other MnDOT personnel are allowed to discuss this announcement before the letter of interest submission deadline. Contact regarding this announcement with any personnel not listed above could result in disqualification. Responders must provide the following statement and signature: I hereby recognize that a 12% TGB goal has been established for this announcement in accordance with the Special Provisions posted with the announcement.
