A Town Hall Meeting was held by the City of October 23, 2023. The online community input survey is open until October 30, 2023. An architect has been selected. The project is anticipated to bid in October 2024 and begin construction in January 2025. The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the design and construction process of the new Norcross Police Administration Building. The new PM will monitor the day-to-day progress in all phases of the project. Including but not limited to the Schematic Design/Conception Phase through Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration, Closeout Phases and Punch Lists at Substantial Completion. These functions are performed under the direct supervision of the City Engineer and other Stakeholders of the City of Norcross. The PM will act on behalf of the city as the owner’s representation.
