The work shall consist of installation of a drinking water well pump, solar field, tank, building, and associated appurtenances at the United States Forest Service's Silver Lake East Campground. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. Project No. E22245.001 REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S). A California class A contractor's license is required to Bid this Contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Removal, handling, and/or disposal of hazardous materials may by law require hazardous substance removal certification by the Contractor's State License Board. Bidders must submit with their Bids either cash, a cashier's check, or certified check from a responsible bank in the United States, or corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do business in the State of California, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of Bid. CONTRACT TIME. Work shall be finally completed by October 8, 2024. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work by September 18, 2024. The Engineer's Estimate is $880,000.
