Exterior re-coating of the top of the steel 2.1 and 1.9 MG potable water tanks. The coating system shall be an initial Zinc-rich primer, epoxy intermediate coat, and a polyurethane topcoat. · Light pressure washing of all sides of the water tanks. · Cleaning and disinfecting the reservoirs. All work is to be completed (Substantial Completion) within 100 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed in favor of the Tualatin Valley Water District in an amount not less than 10 percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including bidder responsibility Price Range: $625,000-775,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
