The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor with whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract directly (i.e., not lower-tier Subcontractors) for performance of the work of: . heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, . plumbing as described in RCW 18.106 and RCW 39.30.060 . electrical work as described in RCW 19.28 and RCW 39.30.060 and . any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form.
