The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the reconstruction of Ogden Ranch Road from Camino Real to SR 260 in Cottonwood. Improvements include approximately one mile of new roadway, one bike lane, and an earthen shoulder on each side. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time. A Bid Bond will be required in the amount of 10% of the total amount bid. A Performance Bond will be required in the amount of 100% of the total amount bid. Any Addendum Issued Will Be Posted by Tuesday, March 31 at 2:00 P.M Yavapai County makes every effort to ensure a successful bid process. However, it is ultimately the bidders responsibility to obtain, complete and submit the required paperwork in accordance with the above instructions. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bid in the Countys sole discretion. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees that: (1) bidder has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the terms of these instructions; (2) bidder is solely responsible for submitting a bid in compliance with these instructions, project plans, contract documents, and all addenda as may be posted ; and (3) if bidders bid does not comply in all respects with the foregoing, bidder shall hold Yavapai County harmless for any and all losses that may result from the disqualification of its bid or from Yavapai County awarding the contract to another individual or entity. Completion of work under this contract shall be on a working day schedule. A working day corresponds with a County working day of ten (10) hours a day four (4) days a week, exclusive of Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays recognized by the Owner.
