Tabb Pressure Reducing Station and Offline Storage Facility The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) will receive electronic Bids for the above referenced project online through HRSDs Online Oracle ERP system.. Failure to submit a Bid through HRSDs Online Oracle ERP system prior to the due date and time will be cause for rejection by HRSD. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2, Chapter 43 and Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Code of Virginia is required. The Project or Work consists of furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated work to complete the construction of new pressure reducing station and 2.5MG offline storage facility. The pressure reducing station will include 8 pumps, connections to existing force main in the York River and James River systems or control system. Other work elements include erosion and sediment control, storm water management improvements, paving, maintenance of traffic, nature trails and site restoration Technical questions should be submitted through HRSDs Online Oracle ERP system as an online discussion.
