RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,717,200.00 - $2,098,800.00 Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the Gulling Booster Pump Station Improvements. The work removes existing Kings Row 1 booster pump station and installs a new above grade pump station on Gulling Road. Work includes installation of new suction/discharge piping and multiple system piping modifications and connections. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.
