The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids to contract for legacy controls upgrades of HVAC building control systems to the following town facilities, including, Lincoln Center, Fire Station #2, and the Senior Center. Provide legacy controls upgrades, including Tux controllers to Lincoln Center, Fire Station #2, and The Senior Center. The work includes upgrading the global controller from the obsolete BCM to an ACM. The Town of Manchester is also soliciting bids to contract for routine and emergency repair services to HVAC control systems. The Town intends to have one or more Contractor(s) available for facility H.V.A.C. control systems services. Work shall be assigned to contractors based on factors including a) experience level, b) pricing of work assignments and c) past work history in accordance with labor and markup rates provided in response to this solicitation. Manchester Lincoln Center - Alerton Controller Upgrade Provide new Alerton global controller and license to replace legacy global controller. Upgrade controllers and sensors for RTU-1, 2, 3, 4, 5. New Alerton Global Controller, consisting of: Alerton ACM global controller Alerton ACM license Global controller battery backup includes technician and checkout for proper operation Direct Digital Control of RTU-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, consisting of: Alerton VLC controller Install new comm line Disconnect/ reconnect existing points Programming and checkout Manchester Fire Station #2 - Alerton Controller Upgrade Provide new Alerton global controller and license to replace legacy global controller. The contractor shall not transfer, sublet, or assign the contract by Power of Attorney or otherwise to any person, firm, or corporation, or in any way vary the terms of the contract without written permission from the Town. The Town has the right to terminate with a thirty (30) day written notice to the contractor. The Town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time during the contract period. Such termination shall be effective immediately after giving written notice to the contractor that the Town is terminating the contract.
