The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids to contract for legacy controls upgrades of HVAC building control systems to the following town facilities, including, Lincoln Center, Fire Station #2, and the Senior Center. Provide legacy controls upgrades, including Tux controllers to Lincoln Center, Fire Station #2, and The Senior Center. The work includes upgrading the global controller from the obsolete BCM to an ACM. The Town of Manchester is also soliciting bids to contract for routine and emergency repair services to HVAC control systems. The Town has the right to terminate with a thirty (30) day written notice to the contractor. The Town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time during the contract period. Such termination shall be effective immediately after giving written notice to the contractor that the Town is terminating the contract.
