We are looking for an HVAC company to perform monthly, quarterly and yearly PM services on all HVAC equipment at our four facilities. Four facilities include our admin & maintenance garage (1127 W Central Ave), paratransit facility (130 Knapp St) our bus transit hub (612 N Huron St), and our bus drivers bathrooms at government station (615 Jackson St). As well as PM services, we are looking for someone to be able to perform on-call emergency services when needed. This will be a three year contract with two one year mutual party options following initial three year. Question Submission Deadline: October 16, 2024, 1:00pm. Question Response Deadline: October 25, 2024, 1:00pm. At all four locations the following will need to be serviced but not limited to: Labor to be performed: P.M. for RTU's P.M. Boilers P.M. Unit Heaters P.M. mini splits P.M. water tanks P.M. exhaust fans P.M. Mau Change filters 4 times per year January, April, July, October Change all belts, grease, and turn on A.C. Make sure is working properly in April Clean coils and make sure units are still working properly in July Turn on heating systems and make sure everything is working properly in October Check units for proper working order in January Materials required: Filters for all RTU in all locations Fan belts for all RTU and Exhaust fans in all locations Coil Cleaner
