Hydronic Piping Replacement at the Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus . The project will include all materials and labor necessary for the renovation. The bidder should carefully examine the site of the work and proposal documents to become fully informed of the conditions to be encountered and the character of the work to be performed. Any Questions Specific to the Solicitation Should Be Submitted and Answered in the online System. A Cashier S Check, Certified Check or Surety Bond in Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder. Checks or Surety Bonds Will Be Returned to Unsuccessful Bidders. Any Party Submitting a Sealed Proposal for the Public Facilities Herein Before Identified Shall Be Required to Comply With All Terms, Conditions and Provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (as Amended) of the State of Oklahoma (Title 61, 102-131). The College Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informalities. Completion Time, Qualifications, and Available Funding Will Be Considerations in Awarding a Contract.
