The vendor is required to provide services to the district as needed. These services include managing, handling, transporting, and disposing of hazardous and other regulated waste in compliance with the specifications and requirements of this RFP. The vendor must be able to safely remove and dispose of inorganic acids and caustics, discarded commercial chemicals, coolants, and organic waste as per the terms and conditions of this RFP and Federal and State regulations. The Proposer provides labor, transportation, materials, and equipment to mark and label hazardous waste. This includes properly packing, handling, and labeling materials that are shock-sensitive or contained in cylinders. Additionally, all shipments must include a packing list of the hazardous materials that were transported and disposed of, along with copies of the shipment and disposal documentation. These documents should be provided to the Contract Administrator after each shipment and included with each invoice Email any technical issue and specification questions about this RFP to the Purchasing Department at RFPpruchasing@tulsaschools.org by 4:00 p.m. on September 10, 2024 Timeline and Period of Contract Performance: the Performance Period for This Service Will Commence From Award Through June 30, 2025; to Include an Optional Two (2) Additional Annual Renewals at the Option of Tps. TPS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. In addition, Suppliers should recognize the right of TPS to reject a proposal if they fail to submit the data required in the RFP or if the proposal is in any way incomplete.
