Screened Rock: City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies, herein called Bidder, Contractor, Vendor, Supplier, or other pronouns used in their place, for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications. It is the intent of the City of Omaha to enter into a price agreement with one (1) primary supplier and one (1) secondary supplier for a period of one (1) year for the materials listed on the City's portion of the bid sheets. Following the initial term of this agreement, the City at its sole discretion may offer up to five (5) one-year extensions. Question Cut Off Date 9/26/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT). QUESTIONS: Bidders must submit bid questions in the Questions tab of the bid event. Questions will be answered within one (1) day of the questions cutoff date/time. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond: a certified check, an official bank check, a cashier's checks drawn on a national bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the state, payable to City of Omaha, or lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable).
